HOTEL REGENCY COUNTRY CLUB – BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following are the General Terms and Booking Conditions which the guest(s) must agree to in order to use the accommodation of Hotel Regency Country Club (hereinafter HRCC):

The tariff is for the room only and is inclusive of taxes applicable. Meals and other services are available at extra cost. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrival.

Bills must be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted.

In the case of default in payment of Bills by a guest, HRCC shall have the a lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amounts due by the guest without prejudice to HRCC’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

Check in time is 15:00 hrs. Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in. By Law, visitors must present personal identification documents for hotel and police records.
